Follow Instagram Accounts

• Participants must be following Utility Apparel and Dodgeball Highlights instagram pages

1st Round

• @thedodgehighlights will select their 4 favorite kits.
  
• The top 4 designs will be announced on the Utility Apparel and Dodgeball Highlights Instagram pages.
  
  

2nd Round

• Public voting will take place via an Instagram poll to decide the winner.
• Voting details will be announced on the Dodgeball Highlights and Utility Apparel Instagram pages.

Eligibility:

• The competition is open to all dodgeball teams, regardless of location.
• Each participant can submit only one (1) design.

Design Submission:

• All designs must be created using the official template provided by Utility Apparel.
• Teams must submit their designs through the official form: Submission Form.
• Submitted designs will be reviewed to ensure they meet guidelines and do not contain inappropriate content.
• Prohibition of AI-Generated Content: Designs created or significantly enhanced using generative artificial intelligence tools are not permitted.

Publication of Designs:

• All approved designs will be published on the Dodgeball Highlights Instagram Stories.
• Submissions will be showcased to engage the community and highlight team creativity.

Winner Selection:

• 1st Round:

  • The top 4 designs will be announced on the Utility Apparel and Dodgeball Highlights Instagram pages.
• 2nd Round:
  • Public voting will take place via an Instagram poll to decide the winner.
  • Voting details will be announced on the Dodgeball Highlights and Utility Apparel Instagram pages.

Copyright Responsibility:

• Participants are fully responsible for ensuring that all materials used in their design comply with copyright and intellectual property laws.
• Utility Apparel will not be held responsible for any copyright violations resulting from the designs submitted.

Minimum Participation Requirement:

• The competition requires a minimum of 10 participants to take place.
• If fewer than 10 participants join, the competition may be canceled or postponed.

Award and Recognition:

• The winning design will receive a team’s worth of kits (6 kits) based on their winning design.
• The winning kit design will also be made publicly available for other teams to purchase.
• The prize kits will be shipped to the winning team anywhere in the world, free of charge.

Terms and Conditions:

• By submitting a design, participants agree to allow Utility Apparel to use their design for promotional purposes.
• Utility Apparel reserves the right to amend the competition rules or cancel the competition at any time.
